How to find the right Mover ?

If you’ve come this far and reading this question, I am sure you would have done your research and would know what to do, however we would never say XYZ company is good or bad. We have high respect for our competition, however just a side note we don’t spend much on marketing & advertising and instead spend the same amount of time and resource on customer satisfaction and contribute to the society in a better way.

Is Flat fee or Hourly charge better ?

While the hourly rates sound very promising and cheap but Hourly charges have a ton of hidden travel charge, fuel charge, stairs charge and the list goes on vs the Flat fee where you describe all your items, situation and all other details in advance so you get to know the cost of your move upfront and avoid all surprises left for the last minute.

Do you work Flat fee or Hourly charges ?

While most movers work by the hour, QYK Movers prefer what client’s prefer the most – Upfront Flat fee with no hidden charges. We provide a flat fee so you can plan your moving budget well in advance and beware of all Moving scams online nowadays.

Does Assembly and dismantling included in the flat fee ?

Assembling and dismantling takes up little or sometimes a lot of time, depending upon how many items you have. Generally these costs are not included in the Flat fee however at the time of booking, make sure you describe anything that needs to be dismantled or assembled.

Is there any hidden charges at all even after Flat fee All Inclusive Quote ?

Leaving Taxes, there are no other hidden charges as long as the list of the items, moving pickup points or any other situation changes. It’s always advisable to be as transparent as possible before the quote so you can avoid any extra charges for any reason. This is not what we want or like but I am sure even you wouldn’t want our guys to work extra for free as a good samaritan.

What if the list changes by a bit on the day of the move ?

If you add a few boxes, a couple bags or small items here and there, we won’t charge you anything extra. We understand moving is hectic and you may have some items extra here and there and so we are not so stern on our policies, however if you have change in major furniture items, additional pick up or drop off location or any other change that gets reflected on unreasonable time and effort, then I am sure you’d be generous enough.
